Spiritual Breathing
For our worship to be acceptable to God, we must first love, thank, and serve our brothers and sisters. When we worship God with such a heart, He will receive our worship and pour out His grace upon us. This grace is the Holy Spirit, who enables us to breathe spiritually. Spiritual breathing involves inhaling the Spirit and exhaling the spirit of the world. A living spirit breathes continuously, and this breathing is the natural evidence of being spiritually alive. It is not something we accomplish through effort, but rather a natural phenomenon for those who have been born again.
